I'm Joe, a single dad who's been climbing since I was 16. On my own, I learned life the hard way-scraping, hustling, building. From sleeping in cars as a teen, to running Rocky Mountain Roofing and Construction, I turned pain into success. Now, I'm giving back. 10% of every roofing job -big or small-builds tiny homes for runaway teens in Colorado Springs. A bed, a door, a fresh start for kids who've got nothing, like I did. Our goal: 10 homes by 2027 . Every shingle we lay, every leak we fix, helps a kid stand tall. Book a roof. Donate. Grab a hammer. Climb with me.

Joe's Ladder is planning the construction to build tiny homes for runaway teens in Colorado Springs-safe spaces from 120 to 200 square feet, costing $30,000 to $60,000 each, depending on size, plus the cost of the space.
10% profit of Every Roof : Every roofing job at Rocky Mountain Roofing-leaks, shingles, full re-roofs-sends 10% profit to tiny homes.
We use our roofing and trade skills-to keep costs down. Crews and volunteers hammer together on Ladder Build Days, one home at a time.
10 Homes by 2027 : From simple 120-square-foot shelters to 200-square-foot homes with extra space for studying, we're building for teens who've got nothing, like I did at as a teen.
Local shelters and youth programs pick the teens. Each gets a home for 6-12 months depending on the teen's needs and progress, plus job training to climb their own ladder.
